Digital Publishing Assistant

1) The Digital Publishing Assistant is responsible for maintaining e-book workflow across departments, monitoring inventory and information exchange with our e-bookselling partners, and backlist e-book digitization projects.

2) Oversee front list and backlist e-book publication, working inter departmentally.

3) Monitor e-book vendor inventory and pricing, and work with vendors to maintain supply chain.

4) Maintain internal records of e-book creation, delivery, and sales.

5) Oversee the creation and collection of abstracts and keywords for selected titles.

6) Assist in metadata creation and maintenance.

7) Answer customer inquiries.

8) Other duties.
