Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received via e-mail, This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , or fax, 212-989-0275. A full refund, minus a $75 handling charge, will be issued if we receive your cancellation prior to May 22, 2015. Cancellations made between May 23 and June 5, 2015, will be refunded registration fees owed less $125. Cancellations made between June 6 and June 17 will be refunded registration fees owed less $275. Allow up to 12 business days for refunds to processed. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

Speakers and sessions may change without notice. In the unlikely event of meeting cancellation, AAUP is not responsible for any costs, damages, or other expenses incurred by the registrant.
